Wet Weather & Heat Rule

A decision will be made by Jason 1 hour prior to the start of the lesson. If the courts are deemed unplayable or if the temperature gauge at the club reads 35°C or higher, the lesson will be cancelled.

If you're unsure whether your lesson is going ahead, please text Jason on 0404 231 503.

Please do not assume a lesson is cancelled without confirmation, as this may be considered a "No Show".

Cancellations

Lessons will not be charged in the following situations:

1. Illness or unforeseen circumstances - when at least 2 hours’ notice is provided.

2. Foreseeable absence (e.g. school camp, holidays) - when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.

3. Weather conditions - if a session is cancelled or stopped and less than 50% of the lesson has been completed, the lesson will be rescheduled or credited. If 50% or more has been completed, a partial credit may apply.

Public Holidays & Student Free Days

Lessons are scheduled as normal on public holidays and student free days unless cancelled in advance.
